The above documents are our football summer schedules. Please find the group that your son belongs to and print off the schedule; so that, you know the when, what, and where of our summer schedule. The Why for this schedule should be obvious. For us, we believe that hard work pays off. We also believe that disciplined activity leads to a disciplined lifestyle. We want all of our players to have a disciplined lifestyle. We believe if our players can stay disciplined to this schedule by being Vicious–attacking his responsibilities, by being Violent—attacking his responsibilities with excessive force, and by being Relentless–attacking his responsibilities with excessive force, over and over and over again regardless of the outcome; He will become a success. Please encourage your son to stay VVR throughout the summer, knowing his responsibilities (the calendar) and executing them.

Participate, become involved in, that is what engaging means. The two clips both show someone either engaging at the last minute or not engaging at all. As the head coach of our football program, the engagement of our players is one of the most important factors to our success. I need the engagement of all of our football players in what we are during this last week of workouts prior to our dead weeks. This week our Varsity football team has three things that we will do:
For our Junior High Program, we have workouts from 8-10am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday this week.
Engaging in these activities not only means to show up, but to also participate with every fiber of their being. Our philosophy is to be Vicious–attack responsibilities, Violent–with excessive force, Relentless–over and over and over again. So, I need VVR engagement from everybody this week for the success of our football program.
Parents, you can engage as well by making sure that your son shows up. You can also encourage him to be VVR!
