This past week has been full of PRs (personal records). The above picture shows a weight room full of PRs. All of these young men have been able to increase their maxes through the past five weeks of training. They were able to prove their improvements during testing. It is our goal to increase physical stature and maturity in decision making in our program. We have definitely accomplished the one and will continue to make progress with the other.
